20 years on the stock exchange

Our Mortgage Bank celebrated the 20th year anniversary of being listed on the stock exchange with a bell-ringing ceremony for opening the trading. The shares of MBH Mortgage Bank - under the name of Földhitel és Jelzálogbank Reszvénytársaság - were listed first time on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) twenty years ago, on November 24, 2003.

The shares of MBH Mortgage Bank, a BUX-member since 2004, are traded in the Premium Category, which includes the most liquid issuers. At the same time, many of our mortgage bond series are also traded on the stock exchange. Our covered bond issuing activity has been awarded several times by the Budapest Stock Exchange at the ‘BÉT Bests’, an event that puts the spotlight on the most outstanding annual achievements of the domestic capital market: we won one of the "Best Credit Issuer of the Year" and "Mortgage Bond Issuer of the Year" awards nine times.
